This guy seems to think "Impero" (the Silca pump) is the brand name of the bike - but he also thought that about the Teledyne Titan he sold a couple weeks ago. Doesn't he think it weird that Teledyne and Cinelli both used that same brand name?

'Course he thought the Teledyne was made in Italy too, so we're not talking about a bike guru here.
