[CR]Jo Routens ... ?

Here is a link to a picture of, what is claimed to be, a bike made by Jo Routens.

The seat stays looks genuine enough but after studying it a while I see one curious detail: the generator is mounted on the back.

I have a limited experience with Jo Routens bikes but I remember reading something about how he always mounted the generator on the front?

Would be grateful for any info.
