Jim -

If it's not a PX-10 or PR-10, it's most likely the more common U0-8 model, which was a steel "lightweight" Peugeot for non-racers. You can easily tell it by it's steel cottered crank, and the head lugs have a "stair step" pattern. This was one of the more (if not the most) popular European import during the 70's, and the Peugeot name was a big draw if you didn't want a Schwinn. It was a good, sturdy bike for commuting and all around riding but it's no racer.

The U0-8 is still common at flea markets, garage sales and trash pick-up weeks - that's how I got mine (which hangs next to two PX-10s and an '80s Super Competition).
