Here's my two cents worth as a former advertising copywriter---How 'bout CLASSIQUE (or CLASSIC) BICYCLE QUARTERLY?

It's got the vibe, a "taste" of the French thing, but "classique" or "classic" is not exclusively vintage. It lets the mag keep more of its heritage than with just "Bicycle Quarterly."
