Of course. The frame was made to commemorate the Moscow Olympics in 1980 so it is obviously post '80. That makes complete sense. That train of thought had crossed my mind but quickly left for some reason.

I took some additional detail photos (with bad lighting) showing the lugs, etc. You can see them here:

The 'tails' on the lugs don't appear to be as long as the ones on Ray

Dobbins' San Cristóbal (http://www.raydobbins.com/ciocc/photos/ photo25.html) but they do seem to have more tail than most - I won't bring up any Darwinian references here....
