On German ebay there is a neat Pinarello bike that would certainly interest some CR list member. The seller says that the bike was assembled in 1984, but I do believe it is more likely to have been in 1983. In any event the bike is on the CR deadline cusp.

To make this gruppo even more special, the crank has been modified to a triple, so the winning bidder has a good chance of being the only one with a 50th anniversary triple crank. Could be a perfect bike to ride the "eroica" on next weekend! with a 36 Tooth chainring, you should nonetheless have a low enough gear to make it up any of the unpaved climbs.
