My retired cousin, Roy, lives in Burlington Vermont. He is naturally inclined to anything traditional and old. He asked me for help in locating a suitable steel lugged bike in his area, or at least a friendly bike shop which can fit him and help him find something appropriate on Ebay. He is 6'1" and would prefer something like a cross bike or at least something that can clear 28 mm tires. Any help would be appreciated.
