This is not a mixte, it's a ladies' frame. Mixte frames have tub es that run all the way from the head tube to the rear dropouts. See for i nstance 300031337625.

1. The patterns on this '67 Deluxe Paramount's lugs don't look like the N ervex Pros that I've seen on so many later Paramounts. Was this pattern c ommon to all '67 Paramounts, or unique to Paramount Mixtes? Who made th ese lugs and did any other bike makers use this lug pattern on Mixtes tha n Schwinn?
2. This seems a pretty tall mixte. Were Mixtes in those d ays intended for men, too?
