Keith is still building (last I spoke with him) in Bend OR, I'll dig around some and see if I can come up with a phone number and an address. And while I've sprayed a few of his frames, when last we spoke he was still painting also. Send it to him and the decal problems solve themselves.
I'll see if I can dig up some photos of the Lippys I've sprayed in the past. Keith included instructions on placement with the decals he sent for those jobs.
