Yep, that seems to be the concensus. I wish it were c. 1971 since this is for my Harry Quinn but since no one knows the date that was made either, hey... !

Looking at the '73 Raleigh catalogue, I was struck by how my taste in bike s was largely determined at age 15 when this came out. My pencilled in component list for my Quinn: Huret Jubilee derailleurs, TA Pro 5 vs chainset, GB stem and bars, Weinmann brakes etc.... well it's.. . it's a Raleigh Competition Mark II!!! It's even black. Too scary. But maybe I 'll come to my senses. And a repaint is in the offing, too.

Anyway, thanks to all for their assistance. Maybe we should poll the gro up and fit this one out per "CR List" specs? As long as its not the "Death

Bike" one.
