Rob, Scott was talking about the older Regina that took two prongs, not the newer splined one (like a French Atom). The FR-4 is for splined.

Any chance that "aluminum" remover is a Phil Wood? They are steel but the plating looks kinda like Al. They are thin wall, quite handy and excellent quality.
