We discussed this awhile back on my Yahoo group for the TI Raleigh Pros.

The Team Record was a frameset sold only in Europe (or I assume special order from the USA) which was not Ilkeston-made but Worksop as you deduced already. It was basically a Raleigh Professional in team colours but maybe more like a Competition GS ( (I forget what type of fork and lugs it had) so the least expensive "quality" Team replica, the better ones of course being the SB serial number frames built at Ilkeston.

The Raleigh Team Pros we had in the USA were also Worksop-built but with all those dee-lish Campagnolo Super Record bits.

Ilkeston made only framesets but in both 531 and 753. This 1983 catalogue shows the range of frames available then:
