This bike, on Craigs List, for Portland, Oregon, is the spitting image of mine, though it seems to have more of the orange paint still on the frame. [My frame appears to have been totally chromed, then painted.]

Judging from the photo, and looking at my bike, I'd say the frame size is not much bigger than the next size larger than 55 cm / 23.5" +/-. I didn't get the calipers out to proportion things on the computer screen, but the head tube length looks about the same size, in proportion to the brakes, as my bike.

Yes, this would have the top tube Campagnolo cable clamps which have been written about so much lately. Also still has the shifters on the downtube.

I would guess that the only thing, other than the red bar tape, which is not close to the original would be the saddle. Mine came with an Ideal, and you had to wear black cycling shorts if you didn't want to have black smudges show on your seat.

I would peg the bike as early 70's, not late 60's.
