hi all, i have a chance to purchase a 3rensho track frame, serial number '96 03 103 '. i haven't had much luck finding info about the serial numbers on the web, does anyone know of a resource that might tell me what the number means?
(at first glance, it looks like frame 103 manufactured in march, 1996, but i know serial numbers in general can be odd.)
