Sorry to post this like this but someone asked off list about the great FWS. Like an idiot I deleted your message. Frank Southall died at his Hayling Island home aged 59 on 6th. April 1964 and was cremated at Porchester Crematorium Friday 10th. April 1964. His memorial service was held at St. Matthews George Street Croydon on Sunday 24th. May 1964. I can give you the dates and club events that he broke all his amateur records on. I can't give you the course numbers. He was a top amateur from 1926 - 1933 and then a professional for Hercules Cycles. He also later managed the Hercules Pro's amongst their ranks were Eileen Sheriden, Margueritte Wilson, Shake Earnshaw, Dave Bedwell, Derek Buttle, Ken Joy, Fred Krebs, Clive Parker and Den Talbot. He was in the Norwood along with his Brother Monty. He to my knowledge held all his tandem record with Stan Butler also of the Norwood.
