How about making good on my purchase of a book, The Custom Bicycle, paid for in July 2005? I allowed a lengthy wait as Peter "trying to do the right thing," and finally after 14 months there is no book, no refund, and no replies to more recent emails (yes, I have checked and rechecked my filters)? I have sent you my mailing address many times at your request, and nothing has arrived at my house. I offerred at one point to pay extra postage so you could employ a traceable shipping method so I could at least initiate a shipper search in case of loss, but still, no response, no such flexibility, and no book. Since then you have sold several other copies, as well.

I have answered your emails on more than one occasion ( have yopu checked what filters you have on your email as som e email software think Ebay replies are spam) and a replacement clamp was sent to you two weekas ago. Your gear was sent out within ten days of the auction finishing, I am sorry but I cannot be responsible for how long items take in the post. I will post you a second replacement tomorrow. I can only apologise for the post apparently losing your clamp. Perhaps if both arrive you could send the second one back. And I do apologise for leaving the clamp out of your parcel the first time round.
