As I often ride in an urban environment, toe-clip overlap is one of my concerns and peeves if a bike is such. That's one reason I prefer the relaxed geometries with lots of fork rake of vintage "10-speeds". I recently destroyed the plastic Bluemel front fender of my Int'l this way...and it has generous clearance in this regard!
