I have found that this website offers a great selection of reproduction parts for Raleigh 3-speed type bicycles.

Note that there is also a company in the UK that is making modern versions of the Raleigh 3-speed - I think it starts with a "P" but the name escapes me. Also, many of these bikes were made in India and in India they are still making bikes and bike parts to fit :

There is a similar USA website - somewhere - that offers reproduction parts for Classic Schwinn bikes ( stingray, phantom, etc. )
