I've been buying bike stuff from Lickton's for more than 30 years. I still buy almost all my cable housing from him. Bob Lickton was a pioneer in selling bike stuff first via 800 numbers with credit card purchases, then over the internet. But unlike Arnie Nashbar (I knew him too) Bob has maintained the brick-and-mortar LBS at the core of the business and never tried to grow to the kind of volume Nashbar is doing. When I call Lickton's, it's still quite often Bob who answers the phone.
