Dave Benson and I were interviewed by the French sports magazine L'EQUIPE at this years L'EROICA. So far 3 translations have me as an INDUSTRIALIST (LOL), struck by lightning and participating in the 2004 World Championships in Verona .I guess thats what happens when the interviewer speaks French , the interviewee only speaks English and the go between translated English to French by way of Italian. Dave comes across as Marco Polo on a bicycle who calmly leaves the interview and hops on his bike for a 135 km ride. Sorry Dale it looks like I get credit for CR or is it wool jersey ? either way no URL is given.

So if any of you out there want to put other words in Dave s or my mouth follow the link to my digital photos of the article . I will try to scan them properly over the weekend but for now this is the best I could do.

BOB FREITAS Who would rather be Marco Polo than an Industrialist in MILL VALLEY,CA USA
