Rim Strip: According to my 1973 Wheel Goods Corporation of Minneapolis catalogue, it lists Rim Strip as a heavy duty rust remover. Stock # 61JC -12. It was made by the JCI corporation. It is one of 10 products they list from JCI for bicycle care products. Time for Sherlock and Watson, methinks.
