Kalavinka lugs are really gorgeous lugs made by Kalavinka of Japan: http://www.kalavinka-bikes.com/index_j.htm (click on materials). Note the nice soft radii at the inside corners, almost like the lugs on some constructeur bikes where the builder added a tiny fillet at the junctures.

But it looks like we won't use them after all. Johnny found they took too much manipulation to get the angles we wanted so we switched to Henry James lugs. He feels that this will result in better frame alignment and that is more important. I have to update the info.
