Subject: [CR] BIKES FOR THE WORLD,BICYCLE SALE,Washington D.C. TODAY (6:30 -8:30 P.M)

Hi CR listees, Keith Oberg of "Bikes for the World" is selling off some of the non-profit group's "vintage bicycles". Rumor has it, list member, Harvey Sachs, helped determine the market value, for this group of bicycles being offered FOR SALE, TONIGHT at a warehouse in Washington DC. Keith asked if I would post a copy of his offering to the Classic Rendezvous List. Below is a copy Keith had posted to the Washington DC craigslist. This is the second offering on Craigslist according to Keith. Last week only 5 bicycles sold. There are many vintage lightweights,a few balloon tire and about six old English three speeds (some with rod brakes). Some odds and ends (bits and pieces of bicycle parts). It's all for a good cause! Adopt a thorough bred racing bicycle, save it from being sent overseas to be used as a beast of burden. Some of the bicycles need repairs. The warehouse is downtown in the big city,so be careful! Bring a friend! Yours truly, Marty Walsh out in suburbia,Vienna,Virginia in the U.S. of A.
