I used to have a Bertoni Professionali 50cm which I bought for my wife, though it was sold due to the criterium geometry which the Mrs. didn't like. Shes happy ridding my Schwinn Panther with longhorn bars. The Bertoni was full Super Record equipped with Almach white perferated leather bar rap with a matching saddle having the a decal that states "Turbo". Interesting details included aero fork blades and seat stays. It was fully chromed with only the rear triangle having exposed chrome near the drop outs and on the lower fork blades. The coating was a translucent rose that had faded to a light pink. It sported 650 mavics with prestine anodizing on the brake areas. The tubing was SLX rifled.

There were "B" pantographs on the top head tube lug, the top of the BB, on the Cinelli stem and the SR seat post.

I understand that Bertoni was made by Univega, but can't say conclusively. The "on your toes" responsiveness was great, but not what a leasure rider like my wife could appreciated. I concluded that the original owner had a spill (only a brake lever was scratch so I replaced it) and was scared off the bike for a couple of decades when they finally sold. The tires were rotted, but everything else was flawless.

My efforts to dig up info were nearly flruitless. Good luck with your efforts.
