[CR]Help identify chrome frame

Hi, all. A recent eBay acquisition is a chromed road bike frame that I'd like help identifying.

You'll see that it has older Cinelli-type lugs, Suntour dropouts, not a braze-on in sight. It takes a 26mm-ish seatpost, and the bottom bracket threading seems to be English. Speculation on the auction itself focused on a Fuji Newest or Finest stripped of its paint or a Mitsutani.
