Viscount is the post-bankruptcy resurrection of Lambert, which was an
innovative but controversial British bicycle manufacturer in the late
60s to mid 70s. Unlike most other manufacturers, Lambert made most of
their own components. The hubs you have are likely Lambert
sealed-bearing hubs.
