I've got an old set of Bayliss-Wiley hubs that spin nice and look good.
I do not want to attempt a hot-oil bath disassebly of the aluminum flanges so as to get at the chromed steel center for rechrome.
These hubs and their BH contempraries are infamous for their chrome blistering and peeling.
What do people do to cover up the exposed steel?
