I think that the year on this is pretty close. I have a 1976 or 77 Super that is very similar, the exception is that my bike has braze ons on the top tube for the brake cable housing, which I think came in around 1977. The un-stamped fluted seat stays combined with Colnago stamps under the clovers on the fork crown put this at about 1976 or so, I think.

My super has a chrome rear triangle and chrome fork and I think it is chromed under the painted areas. So, I'm guessing that the E-bay bike may have been stripped of whatever paint was on it originally. Interestingly, some of the mid to late '70's bikes, especially those sold in Europe, seemed to have a higher level of finish, ie. chromed stays, forks, drop outs, etc. than the U.S. export bikes, which were much more plain. I do think the components on the E-bay bike are original, with the exception of the wheels, stem, and seat.

I haven't looked back at the Colnago time line info that was recently posted for comparison with this bike's claimed vintage. But I think a 1976 or so vintage would not contradict the information that was presented on the list.
