Screen Specialties in North Carolina has been making decals for the bike industry for over two decades. Gary usually deals with established manufacturers and frame painters. Think guys like Joe Bell or Richard Sachs, or even me.

He's supposed be at the upcoming NAHBS show in San Jose, you could talk to him in person there!
