Emanuel; This has been my same frustrating experience with Mike, although nothing has been paid for. I emailed him jpgs of Hetchins transfers well over a year ago, had a few communications with promises of production time and weeks, months go by with no communication. I tried contacting Mike a few times and finally got through. He had lost his printer at the time and thought he had found a new production person. That was atleast six months ago and still no word. He seems like a very decent guy from our phone conversation, so I'm not sure how to judge all this.

My experience with Mike at Velographics this year has been a very big disappointment.
He has failed for many months to get the decals I ordered & paid for to me. He has failed to communicate with me -- doesn't answer e-mails, respond to telephone messages, nada, zip.
I'd certainly take my business elsewhere.
Mike, are you reading this? Where are the correct coloured decals you promised to get to me oh so long ago?
