Hi all, I emailed Mike yesterday regarding the posts mentioning his name recently on CR, and received the following back from him:

Phil,

I don't get over to CR much; maybe you'd be good enough to forward the note below to them.

Regards, Mike

I probably deserve any criticism. This whole business with trying to find and keep a decent printer has been a nightmare, and I didn't always handle it the best way I could have; I let e-mail sit unanswered too long in hopes of tomorrow bringing something good I could tell people. I didn't devote as much time as I should have to finding a new printer because I had to spend that time buying and selling bikes to replace the lost revenue. I was quite dejected over the whole thing; I was beginning to have a going little concern, and then phhfffft! 'This' far from going down the tubes.

Overwhelmingly, people have been patient and understanding about the situation -- probably more so than I would've been in their position, and I'm very grateful for that forebearance. It's going to take me a while to get all the backorders caught up, but it will get done; I won't intentionally overlook anyone.

Hi Mike, I don't know if you noticed but you are picking up a bit of flak from some CR members today. Just a heads up. All the best, Phil Easton
