I love my ALAN CX bike (some pics are in my wooljersey album):

and am actively looking for a slightly larger one than what I have. I'm pretty light though (150lbs) so that might factor into it. A couple things about ALAN CX frames, there are NO water bottle bosses, so for a general purpose sport rider that can be a bit of a pain. Also, there are no fender bosses if that matters.

Concerns about this particular frame include the crack that the seller mentions in the head tube, and the crappy single pic. Not to mention the cost of getting it across the pond.
