ok i know for sure this one is cracked. 58cm c-t.
there is a crack on the drive side of the seat bolt binder lug. i get around this by using a atax internal binder seat post. unless you go looking for the crack its no big deal. just put in binder bolt snug and no one will notice.
the steering tube is cracked but i use a steel fork anyway so that solves this problem. the finsh is in great shape and the decals are all there and in good shape.
very nice clean looking and very useable if your not interested in keeping everything original. great for single speed.you can always repair it.
might consider partial trade for 55 -56 cm c-t teledyne frame in who knows what shape.
