Subject: [CR]French Campy sticker !?!

Dear List:

I need some help as I start working out the details on my Follis restoration project. The bike has an unusual feature, a French Language Campagnolo sticker, the only one I recall ever seeing or hearing of. It's blue, with some blurred and faded letters that make it hard to read. Could someone look this over and suggest what the missing letters might be, and what the translation is?

You can see a pic of it here (best resolution I can get so far):

The text has faded in spots, but appears to read:

SPECIALITIES

CAMPAGNOLO (in a circle with rays, the Campagnolo in script)

A MEILLEURE PROD----N (the dashes are faded illegible letters, presumably "production")

MONDIALE

(C)YCLES AUTOS MO---- (the "c" at the start of "cycles" is gone, and the last is possibly "MOPEDS")

The whole album with pics of the other graphics and the bike is here:

Thanks for any help.
