The left rear dropout or end is scratched from shipping, and the scratch has not been repaired?

I think "forcel" is a fork, so "posterior forcellino" could be the frame end.

The seller has updated info saying it was built by Masi. Looks like a Cinelli. Has a serial number of the seat lug; I think another Cinelli was recently discussed with a like placed number recently??? I can't see the "silver headbadge" to save my life.

There appears to be some damage as well (I'm not sure what the seller is trying to say exactly): THE LEFT POSTERIOR FORCELLINO INTRODUCES A SMALL SKETCH, (WITHOUT SOME RELIEF) CAUSED FROM THE TRANSPORT.
