Looks like this could be the companion piece to my extensively drilled and milled Record rear derailleur seen here:

Like the eBay seller, I would like to know who did the work on my derailleur. Also like how I feel about the crank set on eBay, I wouldn't want to really test the reliability of either of these components in a real-world environment. Doesn't diminish the though and effort, or the fact that they are pretty cool pieces.
