Subject: [CR]1984 Trek 520 Seat post binder bolt

Hi, I am trying to find an original Sugino seat binder bolt for my 84 Trek 520. I think it is only one piece (two with washer) because the left side of the frame is threaded.

Also, is the bolt suppose to hold the rear brake cable stop? That whole setup seems funky, can anybody take a pic of what yours looks like for me please?
