FS: 60s BRITISH ARMSTRONG MOTH PRO ROAD FRAME--- 23-INCH /58.5 CM C-T-C
Long before the 7-time TdF winner monopolized the name, Armstrong was a force in British framebuilding. I believe the Moth Pro was at or near the top of Armstrongs range in the '60s. Made in Handsworth, Birmingham. Nervex lugs & bb shell. Chrome forkcrown, forkends and seatstay ends. A great rider or a candidate for a restoration that not everyone on the block will have. It comes with a new Tange Levin headset, Square-taper bb and a seatpost binder bolt.
Too small for me. A tad too long in the top tube for my wife, hence the sale.
PRICE: Asking $155 SHIPPED, lower 48. Details and photo links below.
