Hi C-R guys,
Speaking of the rim, one set I have has "WEINMANN" in circle logo, "PATENT" right next to it. Also, engraved the other side of valve stem; MADE IN BELGIM 27-1/4 , no decal, no eyelts, and polished finish alloy. The side wall is much wider (2-3mm) than conventional rim.
I am not a structual engieer, but as far as verical strength (with proper spokes), this would be the strongest rim I have ever seen?
Have a gereat weekend!
