Maas outed a subdued (relatively speaking) 24" curly stay Hetch with eclectic French (Stronglight cranks) and Italian (NR derailleurs)componentry.
Question: when did Hectchins begin to use frame ends with an integral rear derailleur hanger. This Hetch uses a removeable hanger. Is the absense of an integral hanger an indication of the vintage of this bike?
