Steve, I have enough trouble speaking English and writing it. All I do is click on the Nations flag on that site for the correct language, think English is the Union Flag could be wrong. Might be way off beam here but I think it says in English Urago Italian 1935, 1936, 1937 and I think the Dutch word for unknown for 38 & 39. Then post war 1949 and 50 Italy.
