Looks like a 531 frame and forks, Campy crank, Campy NR front derailleur. RD looks like a later Simplex or similar. Seller indicates the hubs are Campy, and there is a tubular under the seat. Seller also says 1978, but based on the location of the 531 markings, I would say 1975 at the newest.
What is really interesting is the seller says he has the same bike in 53cm, and you get both if you win the auction. He would not provide any pictures or description of the 53 cm bike. No international sales. Won't even ship to the UK. Any of our EU members up for a road trip? :-)
