Is there any new manufacturers of these models? What scales, materials etc? I'm very interested in this but have never seen any.

The various Protar kits on my shelf are not all the same... there are at least three different frame castings (30s-style with Vittoria Margherita fittings, 1950s-style with derailleur fittings, and 1970s-style with derailleur fittings). There are also two or three different selections of components.
I'll go through what I have and make a list of specifics this evening.
