Yes, that is Celo Europa. Marcel Calborn (Bici Sport bike shop) had(still has?) a relationship with Ernesto Colnago and Colnago apparently made his house brand labled bikes. I road with Marcel on Thanksgiving and he still has many of those frames still hanging up for sale and in the case, he still has a few Campy parts with the Celo pantographing -maybe he would like yours?
