Bike looks fine to me. But seller did neglected to say the magic words "Nervex Pro Lugs".

Not very familiar with the bikes, but "IF", and make that a BIG "IF", the frameset is indeed from 1968:

The Stronglight headset, Pivo stem, and possibly even early to mid 60s Dural Forge Mafac brakes, and maybe even the saddle could all be original. Paint looks good, too. I think here is an unusual instance where Campy Record components are actually keeping sale of the bike down and crappy but original French equipment would be more desirable on the bike. I suspect the Campy stuff was probably all added later. The Q/R hub skewer endnuts look late 70s to early 80s... Shift levers too... Wheelset later, as well... the rest maybe early-mid 70s. Not to say it's all bad,... just not right... at least probably not for a 1968. You could probably recover much of the sale price by just re-selling the Campy components anyway. Would be nice to know the tubing, but really not a bad deal at $400 (max), I suppose. At least it's more interesting than just seeing yet another among hundreds of PX-10s, either on the roads or on ebay.
