I have rarely seen a Japanese yahoo auction where the seller will ship overseas. There is no way to bid through through a foreign country, via an internet site set up to accomplish this. I have helped a few folks out in the past, even got burned once (!), but still enjoy doing so. Unfortunately, currently it is usually difficult for me to find the time to assist, which always entails me re-packing and forwarding the bike.
Looking at cool bikes for sale and not being able to bid....I understand the possible frustration.
