Hello Charles,

To me, its a case of DECAL WORSHIP. We'd be all over this bike if it had early 70s Pog decals....

Just back from a ride on this bike, and I must admit that I am very pleased with everything about it!!! A great riding bike without any snob appeal associated with the brand/builder!!!

The only thing that always bugged me about these is that the person who specified the design (American, right? contracted in italy), stole Pogliaghi's diamond cutout. The diamond cutout in the 60s and 70s was Pogliaghi's signature as surely as the PSM stamp. The diamond cut on the top italvega bike seems a blatant attempt to piggyback on Pogliaghi's reputation...but maybe I'm full of crap, too.

It always seemed that way, to me. Anyone know more about that?
