Yes the spindle is 118 the 18 was a typo.

I'll probably use the cranks for a commuter I'm building up.

I have a few odd orphan French parts that I'm just sitting on. 3 Stronglight chainring bolts, 1 Stronglight dust cap, and the 118 spindle without cups/bearings. Let me know if you need anything. Can send photos if any of these would be useful to you.
