On this picture in my album you can see a very elegant solution. The former owner installed a aluminium bell directly to the stem by drilling an tapping a hole. Should be doable with every standard racing bell using a central bolt. I will use the bars on a separate project and the too short for me cinelli stem elsewhere, maybe on a citiy bike.
