My LBS gave me two old bikes he had in his basement warehouse as he was relocating to a new location. When he said he had a Coppi and a Bridgestone Kabuki, I had visions of a Fiorelli, but alas, it turned out to be a lower-level "Professional" that I've never seen. Simplex and Suntour components, cottered cranks, Balilla brake calipers - an odd mix. Polished headtube lugs though - that's nice. Decals do say made in Italy - sort of faux-chrome decals with Fausto's face on the seat tube. It's just funky enough to clean up and keep I think.
The Kabuki is nicer - all Suntour and quite a bit lighter. Very odd looking lugs, but still an ecclectic piece. Both are small for me, but perfect for my 15 year old daughter who's gathering classic-bike lust like her old man. She likes her old steel Merckx better than her new Specialized. (gotta love her!).
